The Goal
The primary objective of this project was to map out the distribution and types of hospitals and dialysis centers in Indiana, offering key insights into healthcare accessibility at the county level. Solution & Key Features
The solution involved creating three interactive dashboards in Tableau that focus on critical healthcare metrics. The City-Level Hospital Identification Dashboard categorized hospitals by city and type, while the Dialysis Center Overview Dashboard provided detailed insights into dialysis facilities across counties. The Dialysis Center Comparison Dashboard allowed for comparisons between facilities, aiding decision-makers in resource allocation. Filtering options were integrated to allow users to drill down into specific data, ensuring a comprehensive view of healthcare resources across the state.
Outcome & Impact
The project equipped stakeholders with interactive, detailed insights into healthcare facilities across Indiana, facilitating data-driven policy decisions.
