Hoosier Community Network: Projects and Key Skills
During my time at Hoosier Community Network, I worked on the Data Library Project, a website showcasing interactive visualizations of economic data across Indiana’s sectors. The platform empowers aspiring small business owners to make data-driven decisions by providing actionable insights. I led and supervised the development of the main website, leveraging my leadership and ownership skills to manage the team and deliver a user-friendly, scalable product. Technically, I utilized the MERN stack, with React and Redux for front-end development and state management. To ensure security, I implemented JWT tokens for session management and Google OAuth for user authentication. The back-end was built with Node.js, and we chose MongoDB for the database. This project reflects my ability to integrate technical expertise with project management to deliver impactful solutions.

I have hands-on experience with frameworks including React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Django, and jQuery AJAX. Additionally, I have worked with databases such as DynamoDB, MongoDB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. My skill set extends to cloud technologies, with a solid understanding of AWS and Azure, enabling me to build scalable and efficient solutions across diverse environments.
